We are hiring a Marketing & Strategy Manager for a mobility solutions start-up company located in Los Angeles. In this role, you will manage the organization’s strategic direction and help define the go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for identifying the consumer and market-based approach alongside multiple agencies. This is a fast paced environment and your role will have a huge impact on the company's success.
What you will do:
- Drive strategic direction of the mobility services in alignment with corporate objectives
- Define overall mobility service business plan and model
- Plan and execute branding as well as the marketing process
- Create a customer acquisition strategy
- Management coordination
- Agency relationship management
- Business intelligence activities using data analytics, e.g. monitoring existing and defining new KPIs (vehicle, customer, 3rd party data), to determine new strategies and locations
- Reporting to Executives and Board of Directors
What you need:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, an MBA is highly preferred
- 6+ years of experience in Strategy and Marketing.
- Automotive Experience, Fleet Management or Digital Service is a must
- Vendor management experience, especially vendors in marketing, mobility services
- Strong leadership and interpersonal relationship skills, especially with cross-functional teams
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Works well independently with little to moderate direction
- Ability to manage programs, projects, and suppliers
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Business analytics experience is a plus
- Must be flexible to scheduling needs
- Some international and domestic travel required
