Marketing and Strategy Manager

We are hiring a Marketing & Strategy Manager for a mobility solutions start-up company located in Los Angeles. In this role, you will manage the organization’s strategic direction and help define the go-to-market strategy. You will be responsible for identifying the consumer and market-based approach alongside multiple agencies. This is a fast paced environment and your role will have a huge impact on the company's success.
 
What you will do:
  • Drive strategic direction of the mobility services in alignment with corporate objectives
  • Define overall mobility service business plan and model
  • Plan and execute branding as well as the marketing process
  • Create a customer acquisition strategy
  • Management coordination
  • Agency relationship management
  • Business intelligence activities using data analytics, e.g. monitoring existing and defining new KPIs (vehicle, customer, 3rd party data), to determine new strategies and locations
  • Reporting to Executives and Board of Directors
 
What you need: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, an MBA is highly preferred
  • 6+ years of experience in Strategy and Marketing.
  • Automotive Experience, Fleet Management or Digital Service is a must
  • Vendor management experience, especially vendors in marketing, mobility services
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal relationship skills, especially with cross-functional teams
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Works well independently with little to moderate direction
  • Ability to manage programs, projects, and suppliers
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organization and time management skills
  • Business analytics experience is a plus
  • Must be flexible to scheduling needs
  • Some international and domestic travel required
