Overview
If you want to be a part of building and growing a sales organization from the ground up this is the perfect role. We are looking for strategic, entrepreneurial, coachable and positive people to be our first hires on the sales team. We already have traction in the biggest districts in the country and we need a team to start finishing them off. We also have unlimited opportunity in all districts throughout the US that we need to work on strategic gameplans to start targeting.
The Role
Be one of the first sales hires to start prospecting, qualifying and closing opportunities in a targeted area. You will work with districts and schools to sell them on Hazel and get them bought in on the returns. You will play a big part in shaping what the sales org will look like in the long term. You will work in a collaborative team helping define our sales process to grow revenue in a targeted area. We are looking for individuals who can help define processes while also being creative enough to think of new and innovative ways to sell into these districts. It’s untapped potential with a product with unlimited potential.
Must Haves
- 2+ years of sales experience selling technology, Education OR healthcare related solutions
- Have a proven track record of sales success
- Closing experience working with 3+ month sales cycle
- Have a passion for Education and helping students
- Organized, driven and self motivated
- Strong presentational skills
- Excited and thrives on constant change
- A desire to be coached
- Ability to learn and absorb and adapt quickly and rapidly to changing business and customer demands
- Ability to travel when needed
Nice to Have
