Overview
Be one of the first members of our sales team and the founding member of our sales ops team!  With the current success of Hazel we are in a growth phase and need to start building out the sales team.  We are looking for someone that will work closely and partner with the VP of Sales to help build out the sales function.  Some of the first tasks you will be in charge of is building out Salesforce CRM and working closely with the sales team to understand what else we need.  You will build out and grow the sales stack and help wherever is needed.  You will help with identifying gaps and finding solutions to improve our processes.  We believe if you can’t measure something you can’t improve it, so everything you do will be with an analytical mindset. 


Must Haves
  • Experience building out Salesforce and having administrative responsibilities  
  • Analytical mindset with a passion for tracking results
