Regional Builder Partnerships Lead

Help create the future of home building. Higharc is looking for an experienced residential home building leader to grow our Certified Higharc Builder network, in the Atlanta / Austin / Dallas / Houston market and ultimately across the United States. You’ll join a founding team who’ve shipped products for Autodesk, Electronic Arts, Nike, and Apple.

Every dream home has a dream builder behind it. The Builder Lead will own Higharc’s strategy and operations for connecting new home buyers to builders within their region. Higharc has an innovative technology for new home design that streamlines customization. You’ll be responsible for making sure it meets the needs of builders and that Higharc buyers are able to successfully kick-off their builds with Higharc home plans.

You’ll recruit the best custom and regional builders within your geographic area. You’ll foster a culture and relationship with builders, so that they want to integrate Higharc into their process. And you’ll continually build a data-driven case for how builders benefit from using Higharc.

You’ll represent builder needs to Higharc’s product team. In this capacity, you’ll be responsible for how Higharc can improve outcomes for builders. You’ll provide feedback to product development on features and ideas for increasing the success of new Higharc builds.

You’ve been building homes and overseeing new home construction for a long time. You know how things are done, but you’re always trying to make things better for clients and for your team. 

You’ve led construction of custom homes and probably of community developments as well. You might have worked for a large, high-end home builder in addition to your time at a custom builder. You know every line item on a new build and can quickly estimate home costs within a reasonable margin of error. 

You care about home buyers and home design. You enjoy seeing new home buyers move into their dream home and want to help more people get the homes they hope for. You know how to tell the difference between a badly designed home and a carefully designed home. 

You’re well connected to builders in the Atlanta / Austin / Dallas / Houston region, if not multiple other markets across the US and have some sales experience.

  • Led construction of custom homes in a major region ($600k+)
  • Led construction for high-end regional or national builder
  • You have examples of beautiful homes you’ve built or overseen
Nice to have: 
  • Previous experience at a VC-backed start-up
  • Experience with architecture / BIM software
  • B2B sales experience
