As a part of our fast-growing team, we are looking for an experienced Head of Growth & B2B Performance Marketing (m/w/d) who can contribute, take ownership, and help us scale our product and business.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You create our growth marketing roadmap and set the direction for our growth strategy in alignment with the company OKRs
- You build and lead the lead generation team to scale our marketing efforts
- You set-up and own all B2B outbound marketing channels (omnichannel approach) to support high quality lead generation
- You own our outbound B2B E-mail marketing campaigns as your first project and build the right architecture to facilitate an efficient marketing automation
- You initiate, run & monitor regular experiments and projects, identify possible issues and fixes, to continuously expand and identify new growth channels
- You make data driven decisions and develop significant KPIs to analyse funnel conversions, ROI and retention of your outbound activities
- You share learnings, best practices and campaign results to the whole organization, to constantly improve our marketing automation efforts, always striving for excellence
YOUR PROFILE
- You hold a degree in engineering, economics, business or a relevant field of study
- You have several years of experience in a strategic/analytical role in a marketing department of a hyper-growth company
- You have a technical, data-driven and growth-mindset, continuously automating processes to make them more efficient (experiment, measure, iterate)
- You have a very good understanding of outbound campaign management with a focus on B2B audiences and cold outbound E-mail marketing while utilizing the power of interconnected CRM tools
- You have the drive to become a strong leader and you receive energy from building things from scratch
- Fluent English and German, spoken and written, round off your profile
