RVP, Sales

Established company in the BPM space seeks a Regional Vice President of Sales in the Eastern region.

YOU WILL:

  • Lead and manage the Enterprise sales team
  • Be a strategic and operational leader
  • Drive consistent quarterly revenues across a region by maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities resulting in consistent revenue achievement
  • Inspire your sales team to be creative, driven, and successful
  • Be a role model for your sales team by involving yourself in key opportunities
  • Ensure a high level of customer and partner satisfaction
  • Be an example and leader in Sales Operational Excellence
  • Represent the brand in traditional areas as well as in new, high growth areas

YOU HAVE:

  • 5 plus years of experience in enterprise software 
  • 5 years of experience leading a division or regional sales team
  • Demonstrable sales and sales leadership experience 
  • Experience in enterprise software solutions selling 
  • Experience with direct and indirect sales models
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
