Rapidly growing global SMB focused Fintech company is looking for a Head of Sales Operations.
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Scale client acquisition and onboarding, be the inventor and executor of how the business scales.
Own and develop incentive compensation plans for the sales teams towards financial targets
Own the development of the internal systems
Partner with Sales Management to optimize go-to-market strategies, and understand sales teams’ processes
Own all analytics and reporting for the sales team (customer interaction data, funnel analysis, business metrics, and reporting, etc.)
WHAT WE LOOK FOR:
5+ years in an operations role (marketing ops, sales ops, business ops, etc.) with 2+ years experience in a sales operations role with a preference for startup experience
5+ years of analytics experience
A proven self-starter, setting your own deliverables and then executing them
Salesforce Admin experience
Experience with working with high transaction teams/ rapid sales processes
Startup experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally with internal stakeholders
