Fast moving fintech company is looking for an HRBP to manage existing and implement new programs. The goal of the HRBP will be to ensure the People team’s operations run smoothly and effectively deliver value to the organization as a whole.
YOU WILL:
- Lead people programs and initiatives
- Collaborate cross functionally with leadership
- Manage benefits package + compensation strategies
- Partner with CHRO on organizational design/job titles and internal leveling
- Meet with functional leaders to ensure growth and change is reflected internally
- Liaise with the legal/finance teams
- Drive engagement by facilitating an employee-led culture team and partnering globally on culture building activities
YOU HAVE:
- 5-10 years of experience as an HRBP or equivalent role
- Broad knowledge of HR compliance, processes and best practices
- Strong analytical skills
- Experience with HRIS/ATS software
- Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- PHR or similar certification is an advantage
