Established company in the BPM space seeks a Regional Vice President of Sales in the Eastern region.
YOU WILL:
- Lead and manage the Enterprise sales team
- Be a strategic and operational leader
- Drive consistent quarterly revenues across a region by maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities resulting in consistent revenue achievement
- Inspire your sales team to be creative, driven, and successful
- Be a role model for your sales team by involving yourself in key opportunities
- Ensure a high level of customer and partner satisfaction
- Be an example and leader in Sales Operational Excellence
- Represent the brand in traditional areas as well as in new, high growth areas
YOU HAVE:
- 5 plus years of experience in enterprise software
- 5 years of experience leading a division or regional sales team
- Demonstrable sales and sales leadership experience
- Experience in enterprise software solutions selling
- Experience with direct and indirect sales models
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and influence skills
