THE POSITION:
We're looking for a Social Media Intern who will play an important role in marketing our growing business. You are innovative and can provide creative new ideas. You are able to take on a task with basic instruction and run with it - anticipating needs to get from A to Z! You are able to work independently with little direction.
SAMPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position will be responsible for managing social media accounts in a multi-company environment. Sample duties include creating, scheduling, and posting social media content; content calendar creation; development of social media campaigns (promotions, contests, etc.); and other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
You possess strong written and verbal communication skills. You are extremely organized, able to work on many projects at one time, and demonstrate accuracy while still meeting deadlines. You are able to work with little to no supervision. You are extremely computer-literate and have experience with social media accounts such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter.
