THE POSITION:
We're looking for a full-time, service-oriented Recruiter to help our growing business. You enjoy multi-tasking and understand how to adapt and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. You are able to take on a basic task and run with it - anticipating needs to get from A to Z! You know when to work on your own and when to ask for direction.
SAMPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:
This position is responsible for filling staffing needs in a multi-company environment in a timely manner. Duties include but are not limited to sourcing candidates, onboarding, reporting, and staying ahead of industry trends.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
You possess a can-do attitude and are customer-focused, understanding the significance of being the "first impression" to our award-winning company culture. You are extremely organized, able to work on many different projects at one time and demonstrate accuracy while still meeting deadlines. Must have strong written and verbal communication skills. You are proficient with computer programs such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Applicant Tracking Systems, and Microsoft Office and their Google-based equivalents.
A High School Diploma or GED is required. Business school, Associate's degree, or equivalent degree/work experience combination is a plus. Must have at least 2-3 years of high-volume recruiting experience in the Arizona construction industry. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required.
