Bilingual Customer Service Rep

Our client is a global, publicly traded leader in the power transmission industry. Due to growth, they are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Rep to join their team in Mississauga. 
 
Responsibilities:
You will support sales activities through dealing with OEM customers and distributors, as well as the end-users.
Processing quotes and order management, coordinating logistics to facilitate shipments effectively. 
Become a subject matter expert on the product line so you are able to answer requests knowledgably and in detail. 
Provide daily support to all necessary parties – ensuring that duties are carried out effectively and in a timely matter. 
Handle incoming request for delivery information, modifications, complaints etc 
Communicate regularly with team members, managers, and employees to ensure no breakdown in communication lines. 
 
Requirements:
3-5 years of experience in a customer service capacity. Preferably B2B.
Industrial manufacturing experience an asset. 
MUST be fluent in both French and English.
Ability to handle multiple tasks at once with great attention to detail.
Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, word, PowerPoint etc.)
