Bilingual IT Support Specialist (FR/ENG)

Our client is a growing IT Services company that is expanding their Toronto Operations. They're looking to hire an IT Support Specialist for their growing team.

Responsibilities 
    • Provide IT Support on technical issues with core business applications and operating systems
    • Provide Backup, disaster recovery and business continuity support.
    • Support Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Virtualization technologies etc.
    • WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security support
    • Monitor the remote monitoring and management system
    • Maintain client documentation

  • Requirements
    • 4+ Years in an IT Support role.
    • Excellent communication skills - bilingualism (French/English) a definite asset.
    • Advanced understanding of operating systems
    • Ability to diagnose technical issues
    • Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
    • Understanding of support tools & techniques.
    • ITIL knowledge/experience would be considered an asset
