Our client is a growing IT Services company that is expanding their Toronto Operations. They're looking to hire an IT Support Specialist for their growing team.
Responsibilities
- Provide IT Support on technical issues with core business applications and operating systems
- Provide Backup, disaster recovery and business continuity support.
- Support Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, Virtualization technologies etc.
- WAN/LAN connectivity, routers, firewalls, and security support
- Monitor the remote monitoring and management system
- Maintain client documentation
Requirements- 4+ Years in an IT Support role.
- Excellent communication skills - bilingualism (French/English) a definite asset.
- Advanced understanding of operating systems
- Ability to diagnose technical issues
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
- Understanding of support tools & techniques.
- ITIL knowledge/experience would be considered an asset
