Our client is looking for a Administrative Operations who aligns with Manufacturing, Quality, Compliance, Finance, Human Resources, IT, Security, Health & Safety to set standards and facilitate coordination between facility level and company-wide protocol and strategy.
Requirements:
Manage effectiveness of activities conducted by the Administration team to ensure compliance with regulatory framework
Oversee Administration team
Develop, review and improve administrative systems, policies and procedures
Conduct personal development and performance management planning for the team
Work with the Accounting team to ensure facility financial statements are delivered in an accurate and timely manner
Oversee Human Resources hiring, employee relations and performance management procedure are being conducted in accordance with regulatory framework
Experience:
3-5+ years supervising / management experience
Experience working in either manufacturing or agricultural environment
General knowledge in Accounting, Human Resources, IT, Security and Health and Safety
Demonstrated communication and organizational skills
Strong organizational skills having managed multiple employees and teams
