Senior SEM Account Manager (AdWords)

Our digital marketing partner is one of Canada's fastest growing Premier Partner's is currently looking for a Senior SEM Account Manager with proven experience and a proven track record of managing Paid Search campaigns. 

This role will set up, manage, and optimize our client campaigns, including:
• Keyword research and consulting- Optimize Product Listing Ads
• Reduce CPA
• Conversion rate optimization
• Campaign set up in AdWords

Search Engine Marketing Specialist Responsibilities

Include:
• Executing tests, collecting and analyzing data, identifying trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search campaigns
• Manage and maintain daily/monthly PPC spends for multiple clients to ensure each campaigns meet the desired performance metrics
• Report on key performance indicators and present effectively to senior management
• Work with the Commerce team to ensure there is technical capability to deliver, capture and ensure success of key aspects - such as landing pages, tracking codes and integration of analytics
• Optimize copy and landing pages for paid search engine marketing campaigns
• Perform ongoing paid keyword discovery, expansion and optimization of both short and long-tail keywords
• Research and analyze competitor advertising links

Requirements:
• Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC campaigns
• Well-versed in performance marketing, conversion, and online customer acquisition
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in search engine marketing
• In-depth experience with bid management tools (e.g., Click Equations, Marin, Kenshoo, Search Ignite)
• Experience with website analytics tools (e.g, Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)
• Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports
• Familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
• BS/MS degree in Marketing or a quantitative, test-driven field
• Minimum 3-4+ years PPC campaign management and SEM strategy experience
• Bachelor degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent from an accredited college or university
• Demonstrate ability to manage large ad spend
• Google AdWords certified
• Proven experience using tools like Adwords Editor, Google Analytics, Advanced Excel with Pivot Tables, Wordpress
• Ability to operate under pressure and meet or exceed deadlines
• Excellent project management skills
