Business Development Representative (Fintech)

Our client is a rapidly growing Fintech company based in Toronto!

Responsibilities:
-
Gather leads through making a high volume of phone calls per day (cold-calls/email), as well as booking sales meetings.
-  Relay the company's purpose and value to decision-makers across multiple industries.
- Conduct calls to specific assigned prospects.
- Work closely and collaborate with Sales Executives to implement a strong and successful communication plan.
- Work internally with sales management and marketing to make sure the quality and quantity of all meetings are being upheld. 

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree. 
- Track record of success.
- Excellent communication skills, with high energy.
- Desire to work in a fast-paced, changing environment.
-  Previous sales experience would be preferred.
