A rapidly growing client of ours in the Tech space is currently seeking a full-time Business Development Manager to join their team in Toronto. Business Development Managers are responsible for driving client growth amongst an assigned existing base of clients and recruitment and on-boarding of new clients within the industry. BDM’s must exhibit several key abilities, including but not limited to: effective client recruitment strategies, conducting sales calls and in-person sales meetings, and having a proven track record history.
Responsibility:
Uncover and convert new business opportunities
Generate leads for potential clients and sponsors
Deliver on monthly recruitment and conversion goals
Develop new opportunities through a variety of prospecting activities including networking, attending industry events, participating in marketing campaigns, social selling, and leveraging your professional network.
Secure, plan and execute high-quality sales calls to advance opportunities through sales stages.
Maintain high-quality, accurate and timely CRM updates.

Qualifications:
Track record of managing client relationships and closing deals
Experience in selling over the phone.
Ability to identify solutions to a problem.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
Strong organization skills; superior attention to detail.
