Our client is a digitally focused and rapidly growing company focused on the music and entertainment industry. Due to growth, they are looking for a Director of Marketing to join their team in either their Vancouver, or Los Angeles office.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute a detailed marketing plan which will increase brand awareness and and fan engagement through an omni-channel approach
Create and execute 360 international marketing strategy for all territories
Develop an annual strategic marketing plan that includes measurable goals, key activities and resources needed to accomplish goals
Communicate our mission to the new audience and develop brand loyalty, Develop creative content plan
Arrange quarterly check ins and present at world wide meetings
Secure high level brand partnerships
Manage and lead the marketing team
Requirements
5+ years of experience in digital media, marketing, and content management.
3+ Years of experience managing a team
Ability to articulate vision and strategy to achieves business goals, with a willingness to roll up the sleeves and execute.
Strong understanding of digital trends and all social media platforms
Excellent presentation skills
Experience working in the music / entertainment industry an asset
