Our client is looking for an entrepreneurial Operations Manager who is seeking a significant challenge in a fast- paced food processing plant.
Requirements:
Responsibility for the leadership and management of the production plant facility
Oversee the operational budget
Implement programs to optimize workflow, accuracy, and productivity
Review and optimize processing schedules or production orders
Lead maintenance personnel to ensure on-going preventative maintenance schedule for all machinery and equipment
Manage a team of supervisors and lead-hands - Provide leadership and coaching.
Experience:
5+ of management experience within a food processing environment
Post-secondary education in operations management, food related sciences, or business a welcome asset.
Strong analytical ability and strong attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
