Responsibilities.
Work effectively with stakeholders ( i.e. Jagger's clients or internal consultants) in identifying their requirements necessary for success in the assigned role.
Spearhead the search initiatives by utilizing in house resources, online and social tools, and other strategies to find potential candidates for clients, build candidate relationships.
Identify, interview, and present suitable candidates to clients.

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree or Post-Secondary Education Preferred
2+ years in a client facing role, preferably in sales or recruiting
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
An innate drive to help people and a willingness to go the extra mile for the people who put their trust in you.
