Alice is growing a diverse team, and we’re looking for a Product Manager to help us fulfill our mission of connecting all entrepreneurs to the resources they need to grow and scale their businesses. We’re leading a movement to connect every founder, regardless of geography, capitalization, prior experience, or cultural constraints, to the experts, tools, knowledge, and communities that will propel their companies forward. Alice is a Series A-backed company with teams in Houston, TX and San Francisco, CA. We are helping hundreds of thousands of owners a week in all fifty states. Led by co-founders Elizabeth Gore and Carolyn Rodz, we are hiring self-starters who can build the plane while flying it.
The Product Manager will be responsible for owning and executing the product roadmap for our business owner platform - across communities, events, enterprise partners, content and ISVs. You will work closely with internal/external stakeholders and users to discover new features, define new verticals and integrate feedback into the overall experience.
Required Skills/Experiences:
- Thrives in a fast-paced, startup environment, is adaptable and versatile
- Experience leading the effort to develop clear and detailed product requirements/ user stories for new initiatives as well as existing product enhancements, including business justification, revenue potential, and operational impact
- Ability to obsessively monitor product adoption, proactively identifying opportunities and making actionable recommendations to drive product uptake and effectiveness
- Experience with agile development methodologies, lean/design thinking
- Experience shipping successful products, including defining vision, strategy, outcome-driven product roadmaps and creating and managing backlogs
- Demonstrated ability to define and track KPIs and other measurable success criteria
- Partner and communicate with engineering, design, sales and marketing to accurately prioritize multiple projects and initiatives, create project plans and design specifications
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or experience in a technical organization
- 3+ years experience as a product manager
- High EQ ability and empathy
