How you will help
You’ll create and manage our commercial contract lifecycle process and implement standardization and organization as you go. In addition to day to day management, you’ll be responsible for the integrity and processing of all contracts with our data partners and customers. This role does not require paralegal experience, but it is preferred.
What you will do
- Assist in the implementation of a contract lifecycle management system
- Establish a standardized approach for entering contracts into our database
- Prepare standardized schedules and coordinate terms with our Sales team
- Create and maintain a centralized contract database
- Coordinate the ongoing monitoring and auditing of contracts to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations
- Provide superior customer service to internal and external customers regarding contracts
- Provide reporting and analytical support for contract management
- Identify gaps and risk issues as it relates to contracting processes
- Perform other contract administration oversight as assigned

- Methodical with a keen attention to detail
- Accurate and organized with data and documents
- Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality both internally and externally
- A self-starter that enjoys working in a small, rapidly changing, fast paced environment
Desired skills and experience
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Preferred field of study: business finance, law, or health care administration
- Paralegal certificate preferred
- 3+ years of progressive contract management experience
- Experience in healthcare related contracting
