We’re looking for a results-oriented Content Marketing Specialist to join our growing marketing team. This role will work closely with the Director of Marketing to write creative and appealing content to drive traffic and engagement for HealthVerity. As the lead creator of content this position works in collaboration with many departments including Marketing, Sales, Design and Research / Analytics.
What you’ll do:
- Produce relevant and timely digital content that is engaging to a wide range of audiences across the HealthVerity ecosystem
- Lead content writer for blog, e-books, use-cases and newsletters that accomplish specific marketing goals, including: lead generation, SEO, brand awareness and improved conversion.
- Work closely with the Marketing Manager and Director of Marketing for collaborative content delivery across all channels - social, blog, paid channels and partners.
- Implement SEO best practices in web content to increase traffic to HealthVerity site
- Manage the HealthVerity editorial calendar
- Help assess the suitability of new social platforms if relevant
- Collaborate with the Design team to produce video, graphics and collateral to accompany content.
- Monitor and track effectiveness of individual content pieces via HubSpot and Google Analytics
- Report on emerging industry trends and best practices
- Distribute content to partner organizations for e-swaps and newsletters
Your background:
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or similar area
- Healthcare / Life sciences industry experience strongly preferred
- At least three years of digital marketing and content marketing work in a collaborative B2B environment
- Strong writing and communications skills with experience writing for a variety of platforms
- Proven abilities in project management and meeting deadlines
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- Experience managing KPIs and tracking effectiveness of content distribution.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to inform copy and make adjustments based on their input
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills - ability to deal with high volume of work, to multitask, to work at pace, be comfortable with unpredictable demands
- Confident, enthusiastic, energetic and self-motivated ability to use initiative and willingness to work as part of a team
