We’re seeking Compliance Specialists to join our team. The Compliance Specialist will be responsible for leading a wide variety of client projects. The Specialist routinely communicates with clients and reviews the work of Compliance Analysts and Compliance Assistants. The Compliance Specialist is eligible for promotion to Team Lead.

Position Details

The Compliance Specialist manages a high volume of projects of varying size and complexity, and is responsible for understanding and communicating government requirements, preparing and submitting applications, and consulting with clients to develop intelligent solutions and drive positive outcomes. With deep knowledge of government requirements and processes, the Compliance Specialist identifies additional areas of risk and opportunity, and is expected to form lasting client relationships that drive long-term value. 


  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience 
  • Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
  • Flexible and adaptable to change 
  • Able to multitask and consistently meet deadlines
  • Proven track record of working quickly while maintaining work integrity
  • Proficient in Google G Suite and Adobe Acrobat
  • Background in legal, accounting, or finance preferred
  • Customer service or client relations experience a plus


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Advanced degree preferred

Location and Hours

This is a full-time position at our Lancaster, PA office. Travel is not required. Local candidates are preferred.
