We’re seeking Compliance Analysts to join our team. The Compliance Analyst will receive general training and education across all areas of the business and extensive training in his or her area of specialization. The Compliance Analyst will develop a thorough understanding of government applications and regulatory requirements, and learn to navigate them to help provide outstanding results for our clients. Outstanding performance in this role places the Compliance Analyst on the promotion track to Compliance Specialist, however Harbor Compliance employees are encouraged to pursue opportunities at our fast-growing company that best fits their career objectives and skills.
The Compliance Analyst will be responsible for supporting a variety of client projects, conducting thorough research, and preparing and submitting applications accurately, completely, and quickly. The Compliance Analyst will handle multiple projects at any given time and demonstrate a keen ability to move projects forward to completion.
- At least 2-5 years of relevant work experience
- Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Able to multitask and consistently meet deadlines
- Proven track record of working quickly while maintaining work integrity
- Proficient in Google G Suite and Adobe Acrobat
- Background in legal, accounting, or finance preferred
- Customer service or client relations experience a plus
- Bachelor’s degree or paralegal certificate
Location and Hours
This is a full-time position at our Lancaster, PA office. Travel is not required. Local candidates are preferred.
