About the Role
The Partner Operations Associate reports to the Director of Partnerships and will support and manage our relationships with external partners as well as customers to help us fulfill large service orders and provide a best-in-class customer experience while doing so. The goal is to scale a new business line by building close relationships with our external partners, delighting our customers, and smoothing out any inefficiencies in the process. This is a unique opportunity to support and be at the frontlines ingrowing a new and promising business line at Handy.
What You Will Do:
- Act as a liaison between Handy’s partners and our customers for large service orders
- Build strong relationships with our external partners and collaborate to ensure good customer experience
- Outreach to customers to facilitate scheduling and smooth execution of their orders
- Engage external partners to solve immediate and long-standing issues, improving overall performance
- Suggest and implement changes to internal process to improve efficiency when deemed appropriate
What You Will Need:
- Two or four year college degree preferred
- Previous customer and/or external partner facing experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Very comfortable with regular email and phone communication
- Ability to articulate clearly with external partners as well as customers
- Highly organized and self-reliant
- Strong attention to detail
- Confident self-starter
- Effective prioritization skills
- Problem-solving mindset
