The perfect candidate will have high expectations of customer support, a customer-first mindset, and an absolute devotion to safety on the job. You’ll be in a position of responsibility, with an opportunity to lead great people, so experience motivating, coordinating, mentoring, and training is a must. The successful candidate will also have experience leading remote and dispersed teams. Reporting to the VP of Operations, this role is expected to own all day-to-day operations of their region.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team, managing all aspects of the day to day operations of the assigned region.
- Manage operational budgets, labor, scheduling, and resources to deliver coordination of services to our customers.
- Build and nurture the operations delivery team to embrace agility, innovation, creativity, quality, and delivery.
- Lead the customer relationship process and the damage resolution process
Preferred Qualifications:
- 3 years experience in a customer service environment.
- 1 year as an assistant manager or senior, in retail, service, or hospitality operations
- Multi-location leadership experience a plus
- Able to demonstrate a fundamental understanding of the services industry and related business strategies.
- Action-oriented—rather than talk-oriented
- Has a technology mindset (application driven operations)
- Experience in a remote work environment and the ability to self-manage
Working Conditions:
- This is a mostly-remote position, with local travel required.
- Customer location visits and quality checks are customary.
