The candidate: We are looking for dynamic, high energy, self-starter, who lives and breaths customer service. This candidate has to be ready to support participants and answer any questions they may have.
As a Customer Support Agent, you’ll be responsible for:
- Support participants with technical and event support
- Provide professional phone, email and live chat support
- Route event specific questions accordingly
- Document customer feature requests
To be considered you’ll need:
- Previous experience in customer service
- Excellent interpersonal, presentation, written and communication skills
- Ability to learn, understand, and use technology
- Great attitude with a passion to provide amazing service and support to every customer
- Self-Starter with a great ability for problem solving
