Functional RPA Project Lead

H3O Labs is looking for a Project Lead with Robotic Process Automation experience. In this role you will be assisting a major financial institution with their HR RPA rollout for FY '19. In this role you will lead a small team building an automated process using RPA with a focus on process improvement and productivity. 

Duties Include: 
  • Act as a change manager (end user) for HR Analysts 
  • Understands and articulate the business process, problem definition and opportunity by documenting business requirements, use cases, and functional and non-functional requirements
  • Interfaces directly with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that requirements are accurately articulated
  • Collect business requirements and understand the end to end process, while identifying any automation blockers and the suitability of the process for automation
  • Develop high level project plans for individual use case projects
  • Manage full life cycle implementations including functional design, process design (including scenario design, flow mapping), prototyping, user acceptance testing and deployment, training, and defining support procedures
  • Build and measure ROIs

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Functional Project Lead role
  • Bachelor's Degree a plus
  • Minimum of 2 years of Waterfall and Agile experience
  • Experience with project management tools like JIRA, Confluence, etc. 
  • Experience with start up teams and programs
  • Strong understanding of and management of data
  • Ability/Understanding of when to recommend RPA or Automation
  • Ability to work with business requirements and translate them into appropriate measurements/analysis 
  • Experience taking business processes and capturing them into documentation which can be repeated into a RPA Solution (these procedures would be used for BCP as well).
  • Experience with Automation Anywhere preferred, or with either one of the market leading platforms (Blue Prism, Pega, UiPath, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills both written and oral 
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
  • Project management skills to help organize, lead, and implement solution
