H3O Labs is looking for a junior to mid level Business Analyst to support a 3 month project. In this role you will be responsible for working with the federal customer to identify requirements and business processes, developing corresponding functional design documents and collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure that the requirements are met.
Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates business systems and user needs.
Formulates systems to parallel overall business strategies.
Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
Familiar with related computer software/programs used to perform job functions.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
Performs a variety of complicated tasks.
May lead and direct the work of others.
A minimum of 6-8 years of relevant experience supporting business and project management initiatives in the Federal space
Bachelor's Degree is required
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Experience in highly collaborative environment
Intermediate to advanced working knowledge of MS Suite; specifically, MS Word and Excel
Due to the nature of this government contract, US Citizenship is required along with the ability to obtain an agency specific Clearance.
