Navy Qualified Validator (Level II) TS Clearance Required

H3O Labs is looking for a  Level II Navy Qualified Vendor who is proficient in the A&A process and can accomplish the full scope of RMF Validator tasks without restriction. 

Job Duties:
  • Perform RMF validation activities
  • Perform all Validator activities defined in the RPG for one Navy RMF Security Authorization Package 

Requirements:
  • 2-5 Years of practical experience in a Cybersecurity, Engineering, T&E or A&A related field
  • Holds a DoD 8570.01-M IAM/IAT Level II Certification
  • High School Diploma or HS Equivalency Certificate
  • Completion of SPAWAR Introduction to the Navy Risk Management Framework Course 101 (SPAWAR-RMF-101); and
  • Completion of the Navy Validator Course (SPAWAR-NQV-201); and
  • DISA eMASS Training; and
  • DISA Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS) Training
  • Active Top Secret Clearance required

Specific Navy Knowledge:
• Test & Evaluation: Knowledge of the steps associated with developing a SAP, and the associated validation procedures. Specifically, the Validator must demonstrate knowledge of:
− The steps to develop a SAP and associated validation procedures, and
− The appropriate verification (test) methods for different types of requirements, and
− Test execution methods, and test data analysis
• Navy IT sites, systems and infrastructure (including NCS and PIT): knowledge of the A&A considerations associated with at least 3 of the following: NMCI/NGEN, ONE-NET/IT-21, Navy Excepted Networks (NEN), Programs of Record (POR) Systems, RDT&E networks, Navy Platform IT (PIT), Navy Enterprise Data Center (NEDC) and Shipboard/Air/Submarine Tactical Systems and Network connectivity with Fleet NOCs.
