Responsibilities:
• Sell Controls and HVAC service agreements to commercial clients.
• Track, manage, and meet sales goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and customers.
• Develops strategic plans to enhance the sales to meet company’s quota.
• Convene with team to produce the best plans for sales.
• Makes cold calls and finalizes sales with potential and pre-existing clients.
• Monitor proposal logs and update proposals to complete the plans.
• Ability to learn company’s sales and offerings to explain to clients.
Requirements:
• Either at least 5 years of experience in the Controls, HVAC and Mechanical Sales field (local) OR a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Technical field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Great interpersonal, verbal, and organizational skills.
