Responsibilities:
- Manage and track paperwork, such as business permits and licenses.
- Ability to learn all software being already utilized in the company.
- Answer phones, file, and scan important documents.
- Record meetings, coordinate and assist with construction schedules, and help with reporting for RFP’s, billing, and sales.
Requirements:
- Associates degree (required). Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management (preferred).
- 3 or more years working in the commercial-mechanical HVAC/Plumbing Industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Great organizational and computer skills (such as Microsoft Suite Programs).
