Controls Sales-Estimator-Project Manager position in Orange County, CA

Responsibilities:
• Manage one or multiple projects and oversee projects’ budgets, billings, change orders, etc.
• Build and uphold relationships with all vendors, customers, and contacts.
• Must be able to handle several tasks, as this position supervises sales, manages projects, and estimates costs.
• Operate solicitation and sales.
• Ability to adapt to the software the company utilizes on a day-to-day basis.
• Facilitate on-site visits to each project, regulate all costs, and ensure each project is completed under budget, in a timely manner and safely!
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
• High school diploma (required). Bachelor’s degree in any field (desired).
• Great oral and written skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
