QA/QC Manager

  • $50,000.00 - $80,000.00/year

    Responsibilities:
    • Help with company’s quality control/assurance policies, programs, standards, and more.
    • Problem-solve when needed for the project.
    • Inform team when any issues arise and collaborate with team to solve said issues in a timely manner.
    • Visit job-site to perform inspections, ensure quality of installation, compliance with contract requirements, etc.
    • Convene with managers and the team to make sure synergy of the group, specifications and goals are upheld throughout the processes.
    • Be up to date with QC changes in the industry and inform management and staff of these changes.

    Requirements
    • Must have large hotel or hospital construction experience.
    • Degree from a 4-year university in a related field with 2 years of experience in QC or 6 years of experience in QC for commercial construction.
    • QC training (required).
    • HVAC and/or plumbing licenses.
    • Construction claims experience (desired). 
    • Knowledge of construction codes, standards, and requirements for plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.
    • Ability to comprehend construction documents, such as contracts, specifications, etc.
