Responsibilities:
• Ability to communicate with clients, internal team members, and external resources to make sure that the client requirements are explained and documented.
• Ensure productivity of the mechanical engineers and their projects.
• Manage and maintain relationships with the clients.
• Assist in developing the Mechanical Engineering Department.
• Oversee the multiple mechanical engineer teams’ projects and certify that the designs are produced within budget.
Requirements:
• At least 10 years of experience in building designing (specifically in HVAC, building automation, med-gas, central plants, plumbing, fire protection systems, and hydronic piping systems).
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or Revit.
• LEED AP Accreditation, Commissioning Certification, and NCEES License (highly desired).
• Energy Modeling (highly desired).
