Responsibilities:
• Ability to implement methods to conserve energy for new and pre-existing facilities.
• Provide commissioning/retro-commissioning and building audit services.
• Examine, practice, and handle energy performance analysis (i.e. data collection from different software tools, sub-metering data analysis for end-use accounting, energy and water cost analysis, and utility bill accounting).
• Convene with clients, energy analysts, construction managers, commissioning agents, utility representatives, and engineers throughout the entire project to supervise water and energy conservation.
• Analyze specifications, design documents, and drawings to verify all requirements are met.
• Utilize regression analysis to develop energy consumption adjustments and baselines.
Requirements:
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Math, Economics, Physics, or any other related field (desired).
• LEED certifications (desired).
• Great problem-solving and analytical skills and technical report writing skills.
