Responsibilities:
• Develops strategic plans to enhance the sales to meet the company’s quota.
• Makes cold calls and finalizes sales with potential and pre-existing customers.
• Ability to oversee sales for one or multiple projects.
• Manage time and schedule to ensure materials arrive on time and under budget.
• Build and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and customers.
Requirements:
• At least 2-3 years of experience working in the building materials sales field.
• High school diploma (required). Bachelor’s degree in any related field (preferred).
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Great interpersonal and verbal skills.
