Responsibilities:
- Meet with project management, general contractors, subcontractors, among others, to discuss project calendars and provide updates of the project status.
- Work directly under project managers to help construct schedules, track progress, and administer schedule data.
- Update schedules when changes (such as bid comparisons, new estimates, etc.) and new requirements are added to the project.
- Ability to administer training to the entry-level clerical staff.
- Maintain scheduling of parts of a project -- oversee progress and update schedules when needed, collect and manage data, and review data provided by others.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience in commercial construction scheduling of large projects.
- Knowledge of Primavera P6 and computer scheduling techniques.
- Ability to understand construction technology, structures, and systems (required).
