Communications Designer

Introduction
At Guideline, we’re helping Americans save for a better future. Guideline is the only 401(k) provider with a fee-free, full-stack 401(k) offering that automates plan administration and compliance with a platform that directly integrates with many of the most popular payroll providers.

By building transparent and first-of-its-kind software, the Guideline team is combatting what has become the retirement industry status quo -- legacy providers have put profit over the interests of employees, abandoning the goal of the programs in the first place: to give employees the opportunity to save as much as possible for retirement.

With over 3,000 clients and hundreds of millions of dollars in assets under management, in just a couple years of operations, we’re well on our way to making smart retirement planning easy for everyone.

The Opportunity:
Communications Design at Guideline is responsible for helping prospective customers learn about our products, understand our vision, and develop trust and affinity for our brand. You'll touch all of our digital user-facing communications, including our website, product tours, videos, advertising, and creative campaigns. You'll also see your work in physical mediums, from our product packaging to printed brochures, collateral, and trade show exhibitions.

We are looking for designers who enjoy working across mediums, and who are comfortable taking a project from initial concept to production. You must be excited to collaborate with marketers, product managers, data scientists, engineers, and growth hackers to help build Guideline's business. While we have web developers on the team, we're looking for candidates who are comfortable working with HTML + CSS (experience building web pages independently is a plus)
