Housekeeping Executive

  •  Manage a team of Housekeepers and an Inventory of home in a sub region of a city
  •  To take daily briefings and provide information to team on the day (Occupied rooms/Vacant rooms), extra cleaning etc
  •   Make Daily and weekly Maintenance plans for homes in his/her region
  •   Spot check rooms as per daily plan to be able to supervise the quality of work by the team
  •   Plan and carry out tasks for special/extra cleaning like upholstering/polishing/repair etc
  •  Meet guests and ensure comfort of stay/take feedback
  •  Take VIP Check Ins
  •  Assessing Task Checklists handed over by Housekeepers
  •  Uniform Room and Tailoring
  •  Par Stock  Supplies for Rooms/Locations and Exchange of Linen
  •  Guest Supplies
  •  Cleaning Supplies
  •  Horticulture and Flowers
  •  Swimming pools
  •  Preparation of Asset/Article Checklist for each home (Properly/Owner)
  •  Polishing/Buffing Schedule
