Business Development executive- Intern

We are looking to add autonomous, confident and goal-oriented individuals to join this elite team, as we reach out to the next wave of holiday homeowners across India. The role is primarily on the field and requires the ability to have face to face interactions with high net worth, luxury homeowners.

Responsibilities - 
1) Discover holiday homes across the targeted region of Delhi NCR
2) Build and maintain a network of relationships in the area who can help discover new properties
3) Travel within the city or nearby regions for lead generation.

Requirements - 
1) Motivation to travel across Delhi NCR
2) Good communication skills
3) Able to take ownership of tasks with high levels of self-motivation
4) Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills with an aptitude for sales
5) Aptitude for relationship management 
6) Ethical conduct with a strong sense of integrity

Stipend: INR 7000 (monthly fixed) + Travel expenses + Incentives
