About the role:
From an aggregator of vacation homes and short-term rentals, GuestHouser is now venturing into the luxury property management space. We are looking for Consultants for our Delhi NCR operations who will represent GuestHouser to sell our hospitality solution offerings to the premium and luxury property owners. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and converting the leads by employing a consultative and proactive solution - designing approach.
This role will require you to travel across Delhi NCR to set up meetings with the luxury homeowners to onboard them for us to manage, maintain and market their homes for revenue generation.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Designing and selling hospitality solutions for premium and luxury property owners across Delhi NCR.
2. Pitching the firm's vision to convince them to allow GuestHouser to manage, maintain and market the homes owned by them.
3. Employing a consultative approach to provide value to the luxury homeowner through our entire range of housekeeping and e-commerce services.
4. Understanding the demographics of the luxury property owners in Delhi NCR.
Skills and Qualifications:
• Prior experience in field-based sales or business development roles.
• Exposure to real estate, hospitality or service-based industries.
• Designing solutions depending on customer needs.
• Client Development and management experience are desirable.
• Superior communication and presentation skills.
• Exposure to negotiating and closing deals with luxury property owners.
• Track record of converting leads in a field based role.
• Highly motivated and able to take ownership to deliver results.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the
organization.
• Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
