Housekeeping Executive

Responsibilities
 
Morning Shift:
Collection of inventory/supply where required for the Inventory of homes for the day to be cleaned and maintained
Inventory list check of articles in the room
Complete cleaning of public areas, rooms, bathrooms for the facility which includes:
Cleaning of Porte Cochere
Dusting the entire home
Brooming mopping and Vacuuming the home
Making of beds
Cleaning of bathroom (Vanity Counter, Floor, WC, Bath Area
Changing of supplies,amenities 
Disposal of garbage
Any special cleaning/spotting
Gardens/pools (Where required)
 
Maintaining Linen and Supplies (Guest and Cleaning) for the faclities under belt
Servicing occupied homes having guests
Servicing Vacant homes
Guest Check in
Guest Check out
Handling Guest Requests
Completing Task Checklists


Evening Shift: 
Taking handover for all occupied home for Evening Service basis occupancy
Assist in Extra Cleaning where required
Help in Soiled Linen collection and Unfiorms
Completing Task Checklists

Notes:
On an avarage in  business hotels keeping vacant and Occupied rooms a Housekkeper manages 9-12 rooms
Occupied room of about 400 sq ft takes 45 minutes
Vacant room around 30 minutes


Cleaners:
Will work with Housekeepres to carry out roles like Dish washing, garden cleaning, balcony and terrace cleaning
