Lead Generation Optimization Specialist

A GTMA Lead Generation Optimization Specialist is charged with taking specific direction from Lead Generation Managers to initiate and optimize Facebook, Instagram, AdWords, Bing,  Yelp, etc. campaign efforts. This is an entry level position with potential to turn into much more. A successful Optimization Specialist must be possess the ability to learn-by-doing and follow detailed directions repetitively without becoming distracted and losing focus.

  • Strong grasp of American English grammar
  • Detail oriented, without losing perspective

  • Experience with structured text manipulation using Excel or Google Sheets
  • Degree (or current major) in Math, Science, English, Writing, or Marketing
  • Creative writing abilities
