We design and execute unique comprehensive digital marketing campaigns for multifamily real estate.

JOB DESCRIPTION

A Digital Marketing Associate is charged with generating content and supporting marketing strategy using social networks across numerous client accounts. This involves having an expertise in all social media best practices and applying them to a client’s business. A successful Digital Marketing Associate must be an organized marketer, must be able to meet deadlines, and collaborate within a team environment. This position uses advanced social media knowledge, strong analytical skills, and strong writing and presentation skills to create and execute successful campaigns for clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Uphold the company's core values and be an example of GTMA Culture
  • Research the social media landscape & target trends for company and client application
  • Curate content for, generate content for, manage, track, and optimize campaigns across multiple social networks (Google +, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.)
  • Build engagement by developing partnerships between the clients and local businesses using client social accounts
  • Maintain the content quality standards of GTMA - refer to our best practices documents
  • Deliver curated content based on the frequency set by your contractor agreement
  • Schedule content on any social network for multiple clients
  • Increase engagement on social networks for multiple clients
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of each community and the surrounding area
  • Manage the transition of accounts from one team member to another using the transition checklist
  • Write keyword rich, hyper-local blog articles on clients behalf
  • Work collaboratively with other teams at GTMA (design, sales, media) 
  • Develop a basic understanding of the GTMA Reporting Dashboard and Google Analytics 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Learn GTMA’s strategy for each product we offer including all social networks and blogging
  • Have a basic understanding of the GTMA Reporting Dashboard 
  • Have a working understanding of design tools like PicMonkey, Canva
  • Basic understanding of Google Analytics
  • A working understanding of Sprout Social
  • A working understanding of G Drive & Dropbox
