ABOUT HARVEST
Harvest helps consumers become fee-free. We put artificial intelligence in the hands of “Main Street” to automatically negotiate bank fees and return money to their pockets. After seeing many millennials and minorities become plagued by bank fees (overdraft, NSF, late fees, etc) we decided to build a platform that identifies negotiable bank fees and automates the refund process with banks. Banks have long charged consumer insane fees - such fees are a $100B industry annually but a massive pain point for people living paycheck to paycheck.

We are looking for someone who can augment our automated negotiation engine. As some of the negotiations require manual intervention, this person will see the process as it stands today and give direction to where it will go tomorrow. We are lean, agile, and believe in the power of iteration. The ideal candidate will gravitate towards assertive originality, deliver autonomously, and have a positive can-do attitude. You will work directly with the founding team in building the business.

RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Assist with manual intervention of automated bank negotiations
2. Conduct live negotiations with bank agents (we will train you on this skill)
3. Quickly and thoroughly address customer support tickets and work with team to find solutions to common customer issues
