Grow is focusing heavily on Customer Success (CS) and we're looking for intelligent, driven people who will join us in making a difference for our customers. The CS department is split into three teams: BI Consultants(Customer Success Manager), BI Engineers(Technical Account Manager) , and Product Support. Each team focuses on a different aspect of the customer experience with Grow.  We are currently looking to hire within the BI Consultant team. 
 
The BI Consultant position is focused on building a great relationship with the customer accounts you manage. Our BI Consultants love working with people and using their experience and problem solving skills to tackle complex business problems.
 
WHAT YOU'LL DO
  • Consult with your customers on what they should measure based on their industry, software integrations, and needs
  • Oversee and manage the implementation of new customers; train them on the Grow platform
  • Manage customer relationships and account after implementation; resolve issues, answer questions, train them on new products and features, ensure they renew their subscription, etc.
  • Monitor customer Grow usage of the app, focus on creating value for them as a BI expert

WHAT YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
  • A knack for building great business relationships
  • An interest for data and/or BI
  • Drive to make an impact in an up-and-coming company
  • Attention to detail—you will be working on different types of projects, problems, and requests for different customers at the same time
  • Flexibility to wear different hats within a startup environment
  • Previous experience in a customer facing role

WHAT WILL MAKE US REALLY LOVE YOU
  • Previous sales experience
  • Previous customer support and/or account management experience
  • Previous experience working in the tech/SaaS industries
  • Previous data analysis or BI experience
  • Basic knowledge of SQL or ability to learn the basics
