WHAT YOU’LL DO
We are looking for an SDR Director with both the excitement and abilities necessary to grow and create a fully functional SDR team. We are looking for someone that can work and succeed in the startup atmosphere. The right candidate will use their previous experience to help cultivate an atmosphere of success within our sales organization. Be the spark of the team! Take unique approaches to building team morale and energy.
Work with sales leadership to create and implement sales processes and KPI’s that a team can strive for and achieve.
Be responsible for revenue growth by developing new ideas and methods to find and close new deals
Train your team on how to effectively contact and inform potential clients to move them down the sales pipeline.
Drive new sales opportunities for yourself and your team.
Work with Account Executives and marketing teams to develop unique outbound campaigns
Be a part of a growing team — You will help the company grow our revenue, your team grow with different team incentives and challenges, and yourself grow by improving your craft every day

WHAT WILL MAKE US REALLY LOVE YOU
Previous sales experience
2+ years experience in the tech/SaaS industry as a sales leader
Experience creating new sales techniques and cadences for a Growing company
Spikeball and corn hole skills
Ability to learn new techniques and softwares to improve your skill set
