Cyber Range Engineer / Operator

Overview
GRIMM is seeking multiple candidates who are experienced Systems and Network Engineers to work in Cyber Range Engineer/Operator positions. The successful candidates will provide systems administration and engineering support to multifaceted cyber range programs for both government and commercial clients.
The candidates will review, research, and implement cyber range enclaves. This includes assisting with or leading in the design, build-out, and implementation of extensive networked systems.
Experience
- 5-8 years of experience in computer science or information systems
- In-depth systems administration experience with all windows versions including the use of programmatic and scripting methods of managing and maintaining such environments
- In-depth experience with the administration of VMware
- In-depth understanding of enterprise networking concepts
- Experience in administration of various distributions of Linux and Unix
- Experience with physical, virtual and cloud-based networking capabilities to include: software-defined networks (SDNs), routers, switches, firewalls, IDS/ IPS, servers, load balancers, proxies, vpn concentrators, Quality of Service (QoS) management, and/or sensors.
- Experience with containerized virtualization (docker, etc)
Requirements
- Bachelor of Computer Science or Information systems
- DoD 8570 IAT Level II certification (Security+ or equivalent).
- Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment utilizing Agile methods and practices.
